This was a great find, I'm sorry to have found so late, I live across the street from it and i go to Target all the time. I expected something like cold stone and its not. They mix the flavors into a milk base and freeze it in liquid nitrogen. Then they stir in the candy or whatever u want into it. It's pretty cool to see how they make it. My daughter enjoyed the smoke rising from the bowl. I be back.

I had never experienced nitrogen frozen ice cream so for that alone it deserves 4 stars! I had the strawberry cheesecake explosion and it was really good. Plenty of fresh strawberry flavor with some cheese cake to cut through all the sweetness. I say go for the experience alone.

Service here is on and off, sometimes it's good, sometimes bad. Sometimes the ice cream is good, sometimes it's not. It's pretty inconsistent, sometimes the ice cream is great, then with someone else it might be frozen to the point it frost burns your tongue. So.... 3 stars I guess?

The customer service at this location is TERRIBLE. they are just college students who don't give a shit about their jobs. They don't greet you at all. They are rude and unprofessional. The only reason we go back is for the delicious ice cream. But their staff could stand to learn a thing or two about good customer service.

We arrived and the staff was EXTREMELY rude! We were there 3 hours before closing, it wasn't busy, the 2 staff members appeared to be annoyed by us, didn't explain the process or offer add ins, nothing. This was our first trip to experience sub zero, the cherry flavoring in my ice cream was disgusting! We may try the other location in town, but this location left A LOT to be desired. Will never go back!

I'm surprised with the negative reviews. Our family all thought the ice creams were delicious. Ice cream + liquid nitrogen show. You can't find that anywhere else. We are fans!

I love how they make it in front of you, it's pretty cool. You get to choose the topping you want, the flavor, and what kind of dairy product you prefer. I always get low fat milk. They freeze it and mix all the ingredients then put it in a cup. It's pretty good because i like the texture how it's really creamy or chewy. I like it really chewy. Isn't cool? Chewing on ice cream that melts in your mouth?

This place absolutely killed my taste for strawberry ice cream. Ice cream was too hard, not creamy enough, and the strawberry flavor tasted like chemicals. Got to sample a few other flavors but was still not a fan.

Sub Zero is hands down the coolest ice cream shop. The way they make your ice cream will blow your mind. Taste wise, your mind will not be blown. The flavors are so subtle, you feel like you are munching on air. I could barely taste my peanut butter and chocolate mix. No one else in my group could taste theirs either. We were not impressed, and won't return.
